Due to the boom in OTT platforms like netflix in the last 5 years, Documentary is the new genre that audience are into nowadays so i below i will be list some Top ranked Documentary which every one should watch

1. Planet Earth (2006)

       IMDB: 9.4

11-part documentary series from the Discovery Channel is just to watch. This Documentary is shot beautifully it will leave in awww. 

I have seen my Similar shows about wild life, i couldn’t compare with another.

This Show  is spectacular !! . if you are into wildlife this one is a must watch .

 2.Frozen Planet (2011)

       IMDB: 8.9

This documentary is a fascinating seven part series into the most remote and unforgiving regions of the Arctic and Antarctica. This stunningly beautiful documentary took Four years to shoot .

Its mainly Focuses on the seasonal changes that instigate massive migrations of animals by sea and air.

  3. Making a Murderer (2015) 

      IMDB: 8.6 

Filmed over 10 years Making a Murderer is an American true crime documentary television series. Every moment in this show is suspense. Seriously one of the greatest tv series I have ever watched. 

I couldn’t stop watching that easy, cause its nerve wracking.

If you do know anything please watch. In addition i would suggest to do some research about the case and then watch the show.

  4. The Jinx  (2015)

       IMDB: 8.7

A six-part profile of Robert Durst, the scion of a wealthy New York real-estate family who has been accused of three murders over three decades but never convicted

Begins with the discovery of a dismembered body in Texas in 2001 and its possible connection to Durst. 

The Jinx, is the most compelling and dramatic thing I’ve ever seen. This series also leaves you wanting more, and you’ll find yourself searching the internet for other details about Robert at the case itself.

5. Our Planet (2019)

An Eight episode mini-series narrated by David Attenborough, this is absolutely beautiful and breath-taking. 

Filled with majestic views, dazzling imagery and mesmerizing natural spectacles. Our Planet is undoubtedly visually stunning.

Above all it is also traumatizing and thought provoking

While the series doesn’t directly inform its audience of how to fix this catastrophic problem, it does reassure us that the planet can recover, if we are willing to work together.
